Hot runner technology, with its unique technical advantages such as cost savings and shorter molding cycles, has become an important area of plastic injection molding. The installation of the hot runner is directly related to the quality of the product. The following are the precautions for hot runner installation:
Place the mold, place the upper mold, and clean all holes and templates with a gun.
Check the size of each hole, focus on checking the depth, and remove the burrs on the template. At the same time, look at the screw hole of the lock manifold, and whether the center pin and the anti-rotation pin hole are finished. The master who is doing the hot runner mold for the first time in this place often misses out.
The hot nozzle sealing glue position and the upper step position of the two parts with the mold to sweep Hongdan.
Put the hot nozzle into a test, and then remove it to check whether the sealant bit has rubbed red, and whether the step position touches the mold. If not, stop the installation, check the cause of the error and make adjustments to ensure that the fit does not leak. This process takes care not to injure the tip of the tip.
Install all the hot nozzles, and install the center pad, center pin, anti-rotation pin, and sweep the red dan on the plane.
Check the height of the nozzle plane and center pad, and the error is controlled within 0.05mm.
Install the manifold. Note that when installing the manifold, do not miss the hot nozzle seal.
Check the cooperation of the diverter plate and the heat nozzle to ensure that they all meet the red lead and ensure no leakage of glue.
Organize the heat nozzles to make them neat and beautiful, and number each line of the line in order to connect the line to the plug.
Form the manifold, secure the manifold fixing screws (note that the balance must be balanced, keep the four corners of the manifold at the same height), and control the manifold to be 0.10-0.15mm above the perimeter of the frame, and then on the manifold. Sweep the red.
Fit the code template and check if the plane meets meson red, ensure that the template presses the manifold meson.
Lock the mold, erect the mold, and check whether the joint of the gate and tip meets the requirements from the parting surface. To make the tip lower than the gate surface 0.1-0.2mm, the tip can not be eccentric. Use a multimeter to carefully test each group of circuits so that there is no short circuit, open circuit, leakage, etc., and each group of the corresponding circuit is correct, to ensure that all circuits are normal.
Connect the thermostat to test heating, the first heating should be within 100°C, keep for 10 minutes to preheat and dehumidify, protect the heater; then, warm up to the required temperature, if normal, arrange the lifting mold test mold.
