Therefore, the development of plastic mould must rely on the key national construction projects, and face six industries (transportation industry, automobile industry, information industry, major equipment industry, power station and transmission and distribution equipment industry) and its key industries. Especially around the automobile industry and information industry, we will vigorously develop precision injection mold, automobile industry covering mold and large injection mold. Carry out large-scale technical transformation to improve the level of basic supporting parts and basic technology; By accelerating the merger and reorganization of enterprises and product renewal, promoting the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure, comprehensively improving the industrial competitiveness, guiding specialized parts manufacturers to develop into the direction of "special, refined and special", forming an industrial pattern with complementary advantages and coordinated development.

Relying on the key projects in ten fields, we will revitalize the plastic mold manufacturing industry; To improve the manufacturing capacity of large and precision injection mold and high-grade mold standard parts in cooperation with key projects of nine industries (steel, automobile, petrochemical, ship, light industry, textile, non-ferrous metals, electronic information, national defense and military industry); To realize the localization and quality of die steel, improve the supply system of mold materials, provide more comprehensive materials of various specifications and brands, and vigorously compress the material preparation period of mold manufacturers; Improve the research and development ability of new mould materials, new plastic forming process and new high strength, high toughness and high temperature resistant plastic products; Improve the overall level of enterprise information management and mold integrated manufacturing.
